Nikau Women’s Program
Since 2017, our women-specific classes have been conducted nationwide. The overwhelming support and high attendance from the outset have confirmed that the lack of resources we personally experienced is a widespread issue among women in the profession. Many have shared that being a woman in this field can feel unnecessarily difficult, with teaching methods rarely tailored to our unique needs. Our mission is to change that by providing support, community, and resources to ensure that all women in the profession can feel confident, competent, and empowered to care for their patients now and in the future.
